About paloma CASTRO

Paloma Castro is the founder of WellBalanced Collective and a workplace wellness strategist dedicated to helping organizations build healthier, more connected, and sustainable cultures.

With over seven years of experience in Human Resources, benefits management, and internal wellness programming, Paloma has worked inside corporate environments where she witnessed firsthand the growing challenges of burnout, disconnection, and the pressure placed on modern teams. Rather than approaching wellbeing as a perk, she believes it must be integrated into the fabric of how companies support their people.

Throughout her HR career, Paloma designed and implemented wellness initiatives, partnered with external vendors, created educational programming, and facilitated conversations that addressed real employee needs, from stress and mental health to belonging and engagement. Her work consistently focused on strengthening culture while aligning with organizational goals.

In addition to her corporate background, Paloma is a trained classical homeopath, mindfulness and meditation facilitator, and health and detox coach. This multidisciplinary expertise allows her to bridge evidence-based workplace strategy with deeply human approaches to wellbeing delivering experiences that are both practical and transformative.

What sets Paloma apart is her ability to create environments where employees feel safe, seen, and reconnected, even within fully remote organizations. Her programs are designed not only to reduce burnout, but to restore clarity, improve engagement, and support long-term performance.

Through WellBalanced Collective, Paloma partners with forward-thinking companies that understand sustainable success begins with resilient people.

When she’s not supporting organizations, Paloma is also a mother and entrepreneur who understands the real-life balancing act many employees navigate every day.
